  1. Marinade- - Mix brown sugar, amino acids, jalapeño, punch of sea salt, pepper, water, chili sauce in a bowl. Should be liquid add more water if needed. Add lemon juice.
  2. Add pork chops after they are seasoned to marinade. Let sit for minimum of 3 hours in fridge.
  3. Prepare hot skillet.. w butter. - Turn this on 6/7 and put on pork chop w 3 tbsp of marinade. Sear pork chop 4- 6 minutes each side.
  4. Add marinade.. add mushrooms. Flip and sear second side. Add 1/4 bottle of Guinness. After searing.. turn down to 4/5 and add remaining marinade and mushrooms, simmer for 15 minutes. Stir and add 1/4 more Guinness. - After it starts up bubble at 10 minutes add 1 tbsp of flour stir well.keep heat low at 3.
  5. Pour pan sauce over pork chop!! Enjoy !
