  1. Brown garlic in oil for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute.
  2. Add chicken broth, white wine, and salt & pepper to taste. Mix and bring to boil.
  3. Add cream cheese and mix until it melts into the broth. Small pieces will eventually mix as pasta cooks. Bring back to a boil.
  4. Add pasta and spinach and cook for the amount of time suggested with the pasta. I did 7 minutes.
  5. Turn heat down to medium and add parmesan cheese. Mix. Serve with parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
