- First, soak "tteok" in "water" so they become soften
- Meanwhile, mix "all the ingredients for the sauce part" together and set aside
- After the tteok looks a bit soften, turn on medium heat and wait a bit for the water to start to boil and then add the sauce part in and mix well using spatula or whatever cooking utensils you have
- Keep stirring so the tteok do not stick to the pot bottom or surface
- Cut "fish cakes" into tinier pieces that will fit your mouth, however you like
- The whole thing will start to become saucier so add the "fish cakes" and "dumplings" and "pain noodles" in and keep stirring
- Add chopped "welsh onions"
- Serve in small bowls or eat from the pot while it's hot
- And if you have a pot + grill like I do then you can do some bbq on the side
