- In a wok, saute blended onions, garlic and ginger in oil on medium flame till they turn transparent.
- In a mortar and pestle, crush cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black pepper, mustard seeds and coriander seeds.
- Add the above spices, black seeds, cinnamon stick, salt into the wok. Toss in meat and tomatoes. Cover the lid and let it cook for abt 30 mins or more on low flame till the meat is ready.
- Mix in green chilies and lemon juice. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with naan/ roti. Enjoy!
