- For dough
- In a bowl take flour
- Add salt, soda, baking powder, powder sugar and mix well
- Now add butter and mix well
- A crumble like mixture u will get
- Now knead a stiff dough with ice water
- Keep the dough in freeze
- In anothet bowl add chopped berries and pear
- Add sugar acc to your taste.. I suggest 2 tbsp
- Now add grated orangle peel
- Take out the dough and roll into a sheet
- Mould into pie mold or tart mold
- Prick small holes into sheet
- Pour berries mixtyre
- And bake for 18-20 min at 180 degree
